No one wants to discover their one-year old home has mold because wet lumber was used in construction. However, (unlike the builder) Qforce Restoration, LLC took my concerns seriously, worked with a licensed mold remediation inspector and developed a comprehensive plan to remove mold from my home. They responded quickly, kept me updated throughout the project, did a thorough and professional job, cleaned up after completing the work and took care of every detail - even replacing my furnace filter. I highly recommend Gforce Restoration, LLC.

Anxious to Please:Unusual March 2024 wet weather in Colonie, NY caused rise in subterranean water table. My basement got flooded with half-inch inch deep water that appeared to originate from concrete floor expansion joints. Sump pump also ran constantly.Placed a hectic call to GForce Restoration. Business owner responded within minutes. A brief description of issue was followed by the Presidenr’s commitment to help. Within the hour his staff showed up, fully armed with tools of the trade. The gentleman worked diligently for a couple of hours.Soon after contractor departed I observed moisture flowing back from under vinyl tile and from behind wall paneling. Water accumulation was about same as before GForce arrived. Therefore, next 10 days were spent running fans and two pumps specifically designed to reduce water level to one-sixteenth of an inch.Highly recommend GForce upgrade to larger than 15-gallon equipment to increase efficiency by reducing back-and-forth runs to empty pump. From prior, similar experience 20 years our basement was serviced by a massive water removal pump based inside a van, continuously operating from the driveway outside.Staff was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. These guys are exemplary of a service entity. My service bill was same as provided by initial estimate.

Michael, Devon and Tim were excellent to work with. Devan and Tim spent the day here working on the project. They were very courteous, neat, efficient, experienced and very knowledgeable and took very good care of my property. Would definitely use them again in the future. They stand by a 10 year warranty on their work. Now I have a piece of mine that I don’t have to worry about any mold contamination anymore. And very reasonably priced. Thank you GForce Restoration.

I reached out to Gforce in a panic after finding mold as I was clearing out our attic getting our home ready to be on the market! Not something you want to find during these times. Mike quickly came Out the next day to take a look. While at the house, we had him take a look at our basement at some areas of concern with the French drains. The mold found which was horrifying to me, he assured me “ was not bad at all”. He explained proper air flow and ventilation and how to take care of it. Mikes team was here to take care of us in a little over a week, and sooner than schedule! They took care of both attic and basement in two days. He and his team are nothing short of amazing. A great bunch of guys, who were polite, respectful, knowledgeable and considerate while in our home. They were prompt when arriving had a great work ethic and worked diligently to get the job done and at a reasonable cost. We are extremely happy with the work they completed, and would recommend anyone in need of their help to make GForce your first and only call! Had some major flooding the week before Christmas. I called Mike on what was a busy day for him and he was at our house within ten minutes. He and his team spent nearly half a day pumping out water and made arrangements for an emergency sump-pump installation. Really appreciate their hard work and quickly restoring our basement to where it looks like nothing ever happened.

Based on my recent experience I would describe G-force as responsive, personal and competent. During my initial call, we were able to set up a plan of action and an on-site appointment was scheduled immediately. At that appointment, industrial dehumidifiers and air scrubbers were installed to mitigate the mold. They were able to complete the demolition in a timely fashion and included me in their removal and restoration plan. Additionally, they took lots of photos to help with insurance reimbursement and provided a warranty for their remediation. Communication was excellent. Photos and updates were sent to me thorough out the demolition. Whenever I reached out, my call was returned within an hour. During a very stressful time, it was comforting to work with such a professional and trustworthy team.

Michael from G Force came out quickly (next day) to assess my situation. He was very knowledgeable and judicious. He showed me on a thermal imaging camera where the water was seeping in from and also thoroughly explained to me the reasons behind this. He also emailed a very thorough report for my landlord in a timely manner. (Same day) I would highly recommend this business to anyone who is experiencing flood or mold problems!

I’m very happy with the work G Force did at my house. I had a problem with water seeping into the basement on four sides of the house. They did some landscaping work along the foundation to stop the water from coming in. They removed mold-damaged wallboard and replaced it, then painted. I was impressed with the quality of their work and attention to detail. The crew was very professional and courteous. Michael worked with me to modify the original proposal to my satisfaction. He was excellent at communicating. I contacted him at the recommendation of a neighbor who had him do basement mold remediation at her house, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

I had a dehumidifier die which resulted in humidity and of course mold. GeForce came in professionally and fast to assess the situation. Michael was very up front about the situation which was verified by the assessor and the price was fair. When it came time for the job his team were extremely professional and considerate as we lost some key items that were too heavy with the mold damage. They came in and safely removerld the bad materials and painted the entire basement in mold inhibiting paint while saving what needed to be saved. The job was done in 2 days all while my family including a toddler were home. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great job and a fair price.
